dear parent, ​ if your son or daughter is being bullied i t's horrific for them. and you. it's even worse if you were bullied and the attacks on your child are bringing terrible memories flooding back. i'm really sorry it's happening. i know y ou're already doing everything you can to stop the upset. because bullying is bad news for everybody. well here's the good news... ​ you can make your child happy again you love them. you're responsible for their happiness. you're doing everything you can for them. but they're still unhappy. you'd rather not send them to see a child psychologist, counsellor or any other stranger, it just doesn't feel right. you know your child best. if only you could learn how to make them happy yourself. once and forever. so they remember what they've learned from you. so they don't get upset if they're bullied again. i want your child to be happy too. they can be. ​ why i want to help ​ i had protruding 'buck' teeth and got called ratty and rodent boy which was pretty upsetting. but it was on scout camp that i suffered the worst. i was the youngest in our tent. the oldest boy - a nasty piece of work called david - made that dismal rainy week the worst seven days of my life. he singled me out all week because i made mistakes, went to a different school, didn't drink tea and for all sorts of other silly reasons. my world got very scary. whenever i messed up, david made me kneel on the wet grass and repeat after him "i am a stupid piece of worthless f****** s***." i soaked it all up like a sponge - like kids do - and started to believe i wasn't good enough. that belief lingered as i grew up. even after i went to university, into work, bought a house and got married. everything looked fine from the outside, inside i was a mess. that was fuelled by all i read and heard about how hard it is to overcome the emotional upset caused by bullying. ​ why i can help i tried to prove myself through business. i had some success but was never truly satisfied. then i hit the big time work wise but it left me hollow, empty and feeling no better. so i started looking at how to stop feeling bad and be happy. it took me years. it cost me thousands. finally i learned how to put the bullying behind me, how the damage it had done was fixable and how to ignore the bully inside my head yelling that i wasn't good enough. i'd never been happier in my life. bliss. i realised i wanted to help others be happy too. so i trained to become a coach, got approved, security-vetted, joined relevant organisations and started to use what i'd learned to help children. ​ a proven process to help children be happy ​ alex, a bubbly 10 year old dance fanatic, was one of 31 kids in my fourth school's workshop back in november 2013. at the end, she told me how she wasn't always as happy on the inside as she seemed on the outside - just like me after the bullying on camp. and like me, she'd kept a secret from her family, friends and class mates... she'd been bullied for being too good at dancing by some girls at her dance class. constant, sly name calling had left her feeling so sad, unloved and alone that she'd stopped going to lessons. she told me that what she'd learned in my workshop meant she could be happy forever - and go back to dance class! the others girls wouldn't be able to upset her any longer. their cruel words would be like water off a duck's back. s he could make her dream to be one of the professional dancers on strictly come dancing come true. wow! she positively glowed in her new found strength, courage and happiness. and i glowed too. a huge wave of warm, fuzzy happiness flooded me from head to toe. ​ since then i've developed, crafted and honed my process for your child's happiness by working with 1600 children in schools, churches, youth clubs and youth theatre groups as well as one to one. they've all learned how to be happy and ignore bullies too. you can see what some of them say about the juicer feeling machine by clicking this photo. you can be empowered to make your child happy too. ​ ​ empowering you to help your child be happy again i now train parents with children of all ages in my proven process in one-to-one sessions that meet your specific and individual needs. you get to know what i know so you can do what i do. shereen came to me because she wanted to help her children but was worried because she sometimes struggled to get her daughters to talk about emotions. she loved the simplicity of how she learned to help her children and how much they loved it. she was also surprised how much what she learned transformed her own confidence too!
